Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher provides the recipient with the monetary value of the voucher purchased  and is valid to spend on Sunday lunch in The Orangery at The Tempus. Please note that this voucher can be redeemed on food only. Booking is required via our website or reservations team ([email protected] or 01665579173). Our vouchers must be redeemed at our restaurant at The Tempus. Sunday Lunch can be booked between 12pm and 4pm every Sunday. Vouchers can be redeemed by providing the unique code found on the voucher. Some date and time restrictions apply. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and the validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Vouchers can be redeemed against our Sunday Lunch menu only. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Vouchers are non refundable once purchased and non transferable.
