Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and must be quoted upon booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming your experience. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. Vouchers have a validity of 12 months and validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. This voucher is non-refundable once purchased and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers can be used over a number of visits until the expiry date shown on your voucher, however, they cannot be extended. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against a wedding or any occasion such as Valentines,  Easter,  Christmas or New Year.  This voucher cannot be use against final payment balances towards Christmas or New Year bookings.
