2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and must be quoted upon booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming your experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Vouchers include £45.00pp allocation to spend in our restaurant. Based on two guests sharing a Boutique Suite at The Tempus, Charlton Hall Estate. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
