Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Vouchers must be redeemed at The Orangery Restaurant at The Tempus. Vouchers can be redeemed by providing the unique code found on the voucher. Afternoon Tea is available on Friday and Saturday's only. One 125ml glass of Prosecco is included per guest. Booking is required with 48 hours notice. Some date and time restrictions apply. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers are non refundable once purchased. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and the validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
