Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Vouchers must be redeemed in The Orangery Restaurant at The Tempus on our midweek lunch menu only Monday to Saturday. This voucher entitles two guests to enjoy two courses only. Vouchers can be redeemed by providing the unique code found on the voucher. Please note that this voucher can be redeemed on food only. Booking is required via our website or reservations team ([email protected] or 01665579173). Our midweek lunch can be booked between 12pm and 3pm Monday to Saturday. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and the validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed at The Tempusl, no change or refund is given.
