Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher must be redeemed at our Grill and Chill Summer Session on the date purchased for date and time restrictions apply to 90 minutes for your table booking.  The voucher must be presented on the day

Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are only valid for the date shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid.

Full payment required at the time of booking, once purchased vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. The menu indicated is subject to change

Maximum table size is 10 guests and the whole table must participate. Last Sitting 4pm. One voucher per person required to attend the Grill and Chill Session.

Please be advised that once your voucher is redeemed at the hotel, no changes or refunds will be provided. Additionally, management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol, and proof of identification will be required for all guests.

We serve one drink by the glass  at a time per person, but we will keep you topped up
