Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Autumn Equinox Foraging Workshop T&C’s: 

The Autumn Equinox Foraging Workshop will take place on Saturday 19th September 2026 at The Tempus, on Charlton Hall Estate. Tickets are £55 per person and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your ticket includes welcome refreshments, a foraging demonstration, a two-course seasonal lunch, a guided foraging walk and a Wild Tea Party. The event runs from 10:30am until approximately 4:00pm. Places are limited to 30 guests and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by The Tempus. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a refund or transfer. Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking, or no later than 14 days prior to the event. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot always be guaranteed. The guided foraging walk takes place outdoors across estate grounds. Guests should wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear appropriate for the weather and uneven terrain. Participation in the foraging walk is at your own risk. Guests should follow all instructions provided by the workshop leader throughout the event. The Tempus reserves the right to amend the itinerary, if necessary, due to weather, seasonal availability or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that The Tempus needs to cancel the workshop, guests will receive a full refund. Overnight accommodation is not included but can be booked separately, subject to availability. Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of the team on arrival if you do not wish to appear in any imagery.
