Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Meet & Greet with Father Christmas T&C's:

The Meet & Greet with Father Christmas event will take place on Saturday 12th December 2026 at The Tempus, Charlton Hall Estate, between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Tickets are £15 per child and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Each child's ticket includes a personal Meet & Greet with Santa and a Christmas gift.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by The Tempus. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or transfers.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event. Adult admission is complimentary when accompanying a ticket-holding child; however, any food or drinks purchased during the visit will be charged separately.

To ensure every family enjoys the experience, Santa Meet & Greets will be scheduled throughout the event. We kindly ask guests to arrive promptly and allow plenty of time to enjoy the Alpine Tipi Village before or after meeting Santa.

The Tempus reserves the right to amend the event schedule or experience if necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that The Tempus needs to cancel the event, guests will receive a full refund.

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in any imagery, please inform a member of the team on arrival.

Overnight accommodation is not included but can be booked separately, subject to availability.
