Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Our vouchers must be redeemed at our restaurant, The Orangery at The Tempus. Vouchers can be redeemed by providing the unique code found on the voucher. £45.00pp spend allocation. Some date and time restrictions apply. Please note that this voucher can be redeemed on food only. Booking is required via our website or reservations team ([email protected] or 01665579173). Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers are non refundable once purchased. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Vouchers can be redeemed against our dining menu only. Once your voucher is redeemed, no change or refund is given.
