- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and must be quoted upon booking and presented upon arrival when redeeming your experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Valid 1st November 2024 until 31st March 2025, for Friday and Saturday stays only excluding bank holidays and wedding dates. Vouchers include £35.00pp food allowance in our restaurant, The Orangery. Based on two guests sharing a King Room. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers have a validity of 6 months and validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period, it will no longer be valid. Upgrades available depending on availability and subject to a cost. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
