Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Wild & Dine Supper Series T&C's:

The first Wild & Dine Supper Series will take place on Saturday 21st November 2026 at Doxford Barns. Tickets are £75 per person and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival and a seasonal supper feast prepared by our chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients. The event will begin at 6:00pm. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Doxford Barns. If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund or transfer of your booking.

Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking, or no later than 14 days prior to the event. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Guests must be aged 18 years or over if consuming alcohol. Challenge 25 will be in operation, and proof of age may be requested.

Doxford Barns reserves the right to amend the menu, drinks offering or event itinerary if necessary due to seasonal availability, supplier changes or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that Doxford Barns needs to cancel the event, guests will receive a full refund.

Overnight accommodation is not included but can be booked separately, subject to availability. We encourage guests to book accommodation in advance should they wish to extend their evening.

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of the team on arrival if you do not wish to appear in any imagery.

The Wild & Dine Supper Series is designed as a relaxed communal dining experience. Guests may be seated on shared tables unless otherwise advised at the time of booking.
