Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The Family Festive Movie Afternoon will take place in the Alpine Tipi on Saturday 19th December, from 12.00pm until 3.00pm. Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are priced at £5.00 per person, which is redeemable against a hot drink on arrival. The festive film will commence at 12.30pm, with guests welcome to arrive from 12.00pm.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

This is a family-friendly event and all children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their party throughout the event.

The event will take place inside the Alpine Tipi and guests are encouraged to wrap up warm and dress appropriately for the weather. Christmas jumpers, warm layers and suitable footwear are strongly recommended. The tipi will be decorated with festive lights and guests can enjoy cosy seating, cushions, rugs and blankets during the movie.

Additional food and drinks, including S’mores Kits, may be available to purchase during the event, subject to availability. Any dietary requirements or allergies should be advised at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot always be guaranteed.

The Tempus reserves the right to amend the event itinerary, film, timings, facilities or event setup if necessary due to operational requirements, availability or circumstances beyond our control. In exceptional circumstances, including severe weather or safety concerns, the event may need to be postponed or cancelled.

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of the team on arrival if you do not wish to appear in any imagery.
